| The
underground tank in gas station is easily deformed or inclined due to
improper installation or geological reasons, which make the volume chart
not accurate. Therefore to recalibrate the tank volume chart will be
most important. Censtar develop this system to help the customers to get the accurate volume chart to improve the operation management. This petrol station automation system is designed and produced in full accordance with national measurement regulations, and tank calibration software have passed the strictly examine and approve. The underground tank calibration method and truck tank could totally satisfy the measurement standards after re-calibration by Censtar calibrate system.  Tank calibration method system consists of a Heavy Duty Fuel Dispensing Pump, Special Magnetostrictive Plus Probe, computer and other accessories. Discharge the oil to the measured tank through heavy duty dispenser, which accurately measure the oil volume unloaded, then probe detect the oil level inside the tank, tank calibration software and the computer collect real-time data from both parties, the computer will automatically generate volume chart petrol station automation system. | |
